Onsite registration for MedTech 2008 will begin at 8 a.m. on March 6, 2008 at Duke University Fuqua School of Business in Durham.

To Register for MedTech 2008

• All registrations must be accompanied by payment.
• Pre-registration closes at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008.
• Due to facility capacity, space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
• Fax: Credit card orders may be faxed. Download and complete this form and fax to 919.549.7405.
• Mail: Checks made payable to CED or credit card orders may be mailed. Download and complete this form and mail with payment to CED, P.O. Box 13353, RTP, NC 27709.

Registration/Cancellation Policy

• Pre-registration closes at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008.
• Cancellations received before Januray 31, 2008 are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between February 1, 2008 and March 3, 2008 are refundable less 50% of the price at the time of registration.
• Cancellations received after March 3, 2008 are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged full registration fees. However, all registrations are transferable to another representative of your company at on-site registration.
• Confirmations will be sent prior to the event date.
